1.    Double Cleanse

3.    Use a detox mask

Choose a mask that nourishes your skin as well as works to combat any specific skin issues that you want to get rid of. 

Here is a detox face mask:

  • 1 Tsp turmeric powder
  • Tsp raw honey
  • 1 Tbsp milk or yoghurt

How to make the mask?

  • Add the turmeric, honey, and milk/yoghurt into a small bowl.
  • Mix it all together until it forms a thick paste.
  •  You can adjust the milk/yoghurt to make it thicker or thinner, but make sure it’s thick enough to stick to your skin.
  • Use your fingers or an old paintbrush to apply the mask to your face.
  •  Leave it on for 20 minutes, then rinse off with warm water.

 What you put inside your body highly affects your skin as much as what you put on it. So, it’s very important to maintain a balanced diet.
