Up till now, we talked about which ingredients, foods are good for the skin and how to take care of a skin by applying products in the correct order. Everyone dream of a healthy glowing skin. The best thing about yoga is that it does not depend on any ingredients or chemicals and neither it's pricy. Many people often us is yoga good for the skin.

So far now, you might have heard that yoga is great for weight reduction and true muscle flexibility. Overall, yoga improves fitness and enhances mood. According to research and studies, it has been proved that yoga is very effective in reducing stress and anxiety. But many people are not aware about power of yoga. As you know that there are different types of products in the market for different skin problems or purposes in the same way there are different types and forms of yoga that we will going to explore.
  1.   Seated Forward Bend (Paschimottanasana)

This is an amazing yoga type to stretch the backbone, shoulders, and hamstrings. It releases stress from the lower back and improves digestion. This reduces skin problems like acne and pimples. This form of yoga is not only good for the skin but is great for reducing stress. It additionally purifies the blood, improves skin complexion, and reduces dark spots and wrinkles. How to do paschimottasana yoga?

  • Sit on the floor with extended legs in front of you.

  • Place your toes together.

  • Bend forward.

  • Inhale and bend forward.

  • Hold your toes with your hands.

  • Exhale your breath and remain in this pose for 10 minutes.

  • Repeat this process 3 to 5 times.

  1.   Shoulder stand (Sarvangasana)

This is an intermediate yoga that is very beneficial for the skin. Performing this yoga form is a bit difficult because all your body weight will be on your shoulder so you need a good balance. It helps improve blood circulation, especially in the facial part. This yoga type fights against dullness, acne, and wrinkles.

How to do sarvangasana yoga?

  • Lay down facing the floor.

  • Lift your legs and then hips with the help of your hands.

  • Remain in the position for a few minutes and then gently lower your hips and then legs and return to your original position.

  1.   Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana)

This yoga form is great for strengthening the spine and back muscles. The cobra pose helps the chest to open up so that it can intake more oxygen into the body. The more oxygen you intake the more naturally radiant your skin will be. You might have seen that the people who live near the forest or greeny areas have fresh and glowing skin.

How to do Bhujangasana yoga?

  • Lie down on your stomach in a way that your tummy and face will be on towards the floor.

  • Stretch your back with the help of your arms and lift your head and chest.

  • Inhale inhaling comes back to the same position and exhales.

  • Repeat this process 6 to 8 times.

4. Wind-relieving (Pavana muktasana)

The wind-relieving pose is one of the best yoga forms for reducing acidity, bloating, and digestion. This is the first thing you should do in the morning to release all the trapped gases and improve the reproductive system which is responsible for your skin.

How to do pavana muktasana yoga?

  • Lie on your back.

  • Pulled your knees close to the chest and hold with your hands.

  • Keep your head and neck relaxed.

  • Inhale and lose the grip of your hands and while exhaling tightens the grip of your hands.

  • Repeat this process 3 to 5 times.

  1.   Plow Pose (Halasana)

This yoga pose improves the overall blood circulation in the body. Moreover, it will add calmness to your personality by making your state of mind relaxed.
According to research and surveys, it has been seen that that plow pose is very effective for treating insomnia. So, when your sleep cycle and blood circulation will be stable your skin will automatically become healthy and glowy.

How to do halasana yoga?

  • Lie down on the floor facing the ceiling.

  • Lift your legs and move them to ninety degrees.

  • Straighten your arms in a way that they touch the floor.

  • Maintain the pose for a minute and then return to your original pose.

  1.   Torso Stretch Pose (Bharadvajasana)

Torso stretch pose stretches and strengthens the low spine. It stretches the shoulders, neck, hips, ankles, and knees. It massages the internal organs and improves digestion.  Doing this yoga form will make the muscles very flexible.

How to do bharadvajasana yoga?

  • Sit on the floor.

  • Place your left palm on your right knee

  • Exhale your torso to the right.

  • Inhale and raise your spine and chest.

  • Exhale and look at right shoulder.

  • Hold this pose for a few minutes and then return to your normal position.

  1. Yogic Seal (Mudrasana)

This is a common yoga pose that most of the people usually do and follow. Yoga seal is a seated forward bend posture that enhances flexibility, Improves digestion, addresses infertility in men, reduces abdominal fat, and reduces the signs of aging.

How to do mudrasana yoga?

  • Sit in a cross-legged position.

  • Close your eyes and breath naturally.

  • Take your hands back and hold the right wrist with the left one.

  • Take deep breaths and inhale and exhale slowly.

  • Repeat the process for few times.

  1.   Half Seated Spinal Twist ( Vakrasana)

This yoga posture tones the nerves around the spinal cord and strengthens the internal organs. While reducing belly fat it's great for weight loss. A half-seated spinal twist controls blood sugar and is a great way to make your skin glow.

How to do vakrasana yoga?

  • Sit on the mat with searched legs.

  • Keep the hands parallel to the hips and legs.

  • Bend your left knee 90 degrees with the knee pointing at the sky, placing the left foot near your right knee. Then bring your right hand forward, and place it at the outer side of your folded left knee while twisting your waist. Now hold your left ankle with your right hand.

  • Turn your head to the left side and place your left hand on the floor, just behind the hip. Hold the position for 30 seconds.

  • Release your hand holding the right ankle and your left twist turn your head and stretch your legs.

  • Repeat the process 3 to 5 times.
