Half Seated Spinal Twist ( Vakrasana)

How to do vakrasana yoga?

Sit on the mat with searched legs.

Keep the hands parallel to the hips and legs.

Bend your left knee 90 degrees with the knee pointing at the sky, placing the left foot near your right knee. Then bring your right hand forward, and place it at the outer side of your folded left knee while twisting your waist. Now hold your left ankle with your right hand.

Turn your head to the left side and place your left hand on the floor, just behind the hip. Hold the position for 30 seconds.

Release your hand holding the right ankle and your left twist turn your head and stretch your legs.

Repeat the process 3 to 5 times.
