Refund policy

We want you to love and enjoy our products. If you are not happy with your purchase you might be willing to return the product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Damaged product

The product must be unused, and in the same condition as it was delivered in. To return a product, please contact us and use the sticker received upon delivery to send it back to our warehouse at our costs.

Missing

If your product is missing, please first double-check around the property and with your neighbours. If this cannot be found, please contact us, and we will help you to track the item through our shipping provider. You can speed up this process by contacting and providing your tracking number and other information requested.

Online refunds

Once we receive your product back in accordance with our “Returns”, “Damaged Product” or “Missing” policies, we will process your refund to the original credit card used for payment, and send you a confirmation email. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Certain products may be offered for purchase as a pre-order or as a backorder when temporarily out of stock. The estimated shipping date will be indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.

When placing a pre-order or backorder, the full amount will be charged immediately to secure your order.

Please note: Pre-orders and backorders are considered final sales and cannot be canceled or refunded, except in cases where we are unable to fulfill the order.
